Marquinhos: Paris players want Mbappe to stay

 

Brazilian player Marquinhos, of Paris Saint-Germain, has affirmed that he prefers Kylian Mbappe to stay with the French team for the upcoming season.

Marquinhos stated in an interview published by Globo newspaper, "Mbappe is a genius and possesses incredible talent."

He added, "Mbappe is a vital element for us, as players, we want him to stay in Paris."

At the same time, Mbappe has repeatedly stated his commitment to fulfilling his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, which runs until June 30th of the following year.

After Mbappe expressed his unwillingness to activate the extension option, speculations about the departure of the player, who won the FIFA World Cup in 2018 with the French national team and finished as a runner-up in the 2022 edition, have increased.
