Turn your phone into a server that can be accessed from any device on your network

The methods of transferring files between devices are different, whether by Bluetooth and moving to various technologies that depend on a Wi-Fi connection, which is much faster than the first method, so many applications have been created to share files on this basis. But you may need to transfer files between your phone and any device on the network, and there is no file transfer application currently available, so we will learn in this post a great way to make your phone as a network server that you can access from any browser on any device with ease.

Turn your phone into a server that can be accessed from any device on your network

The method requires an application capable of creating an ftp server, and since the Es File Explorer application is available on many of our devices, we will use it and if you do not have it, you can download it from the link at the bottom of the post. Then connect to the Wi-Fi network, open the application, then press the side menu button, and from the Network section, choose View on PC.

From the new window, press the Turn On button to start the server and give you a link. You can also control the port settings, user name, password and other settings button as in the picture

Now, go to any other device connected to the same network, even if it is a hotspot from your mobile phone. It is preferable to turn off the phone data. Open any browser and then enter the link in the Es File application and you will be directly accessing the files on your phone

With ease, you can browse those files and move them, copy them, or add files to them as if you were using the same device.
