Gionee G13 Pro looks like an iPhone 13 but runs HarmonyOS

HarmonyOS is no longer exclusive to Huawei smartphones and devices. Gionee is the first manufacturer to use the Huawei operating system in one of its smartphones, however, what is most striking is the enormous appearance of this device with the iPhone 13.

Gionee 13 Pro is the first non-Huawei smartphone with HarmonyOS, that is, it also abandons Google apps and services in favor of Huawei Mobile Services and its App Gallery app store.

Throughout 2021, many Android phone manufacturers have dedicated themselves to copying the design that Apple first demonstrated with the iPhone 12. It has been shown that flat frames are in fashion and that some companies have taken it to the extreme. Today we are talking about the most unusual and cheap new version of the iPhone 13 in the current market. It's an Android smartphone that uses Huawei services and copies the aesthetics of iPhone 13 almost to the max.

Everything about this phone is very strange. Gionee is a mobile phone brand from China that sells very cheap devices. It's not highly recommended, as their hardware is so mediocre, they usually don't have a warranty and provide highly improvable experiences.

It also stands out as a brand that doesn't mind copying the design of other popular devices. The best example of this is the new Gionee 13 Pro in which the iPhone 13 design stands out. All parts of the design are built on the Apple device.

The camera module is identical, the flat edges are identical, the notch is identical...even the lock interface is based on the iPhone one! It is a curiosity phone that arguably has the award for the most daring and similar version of the iPhone 13.

The company Gionee used in this phone the new operating system from Huawei: HarmonyOS. It is normal, because it is a device intended for the Chinese market. This makes them unable to run Google services.

Keep in mind that this Gionee phone is really bad. The design from an aesthetic point of view is what stands out in the phone as, as we said, it is the same design as the iPhone 13, but its internal specifications are worse than any cheap Xiaomi or realme mid-range device. Its processor is Unisoc, with a storage capacity of 32 GB and a battery of 3500 mAh.

Despite having a FullHD display, a dual 13MP camera, or 4GB of RAM, these components are of the worst quality you can imagine. It is not recommended to buy a smartphone of this style at all.

The "good" news is that the phone only costs 83$. It is available in different colors and is one of the most curious smartphones on the market as it copies the iPhone 13 and includes HarmonyOS.
