TomTom closes deal with Huawei for use of maps and services:alternative to Google Maps

According to Reuters, the Dutch map company known as TomTom and Huawei made a long-standing agreement to use the company's mapping services on Huawei phones, so that they could access the maps, traffic and system information for the navigation company.

Although it was mentioned that the agreement had already been made for a long time, Huawei did not want to publish it, so there are still many unspoken details about the benefits that Huawei phone users will get when using TomTom.

Also, we should not forget that this service will theoretically only be available for Huawei phones that arrive without Google services, because all phones that already have Google Maps and other Google applications will continue to work and update without problem.

TomTom has stated that it has maps of the entire world at its service, and that it currently provides updated information on 163 countries, in addition to a total of 67 million km in its navigation system. On the other hand, they made it clear that every year they continue to update country-specific traffic information and increase the number of kilometers of navigation in their system.
