Estadia takes advantage of Google's vast cloud infrastructure, without the need for powerful gaming platforms or computers. It can be accessed through the company's Web browser (Chrome), on any laptop or desktop computer, and the service is also available on smartphones and TVs, and through the company's broadcast device also (Chromecast Ultra) Chromecast Ultra. Gaming control will be via the new Stadia Controller.

Unlike traditional gaming peripherals, the service controller will connect to Google servers directly via Wi-Fi networks. But the service has a big challenge: it needs at least 10Mbps internet connection to deliver a smooth 720p gaming experience at 60fps with stereo sound. You need a 20Mbps connection for 1080p games with HDR support and 5.1 Surround surround sound, and for 4K games you need a 34Mbps connection.

TVs will be the only support for the Stadia Controller at launch, and only second-generation (pixel) phones and beyond will support gameplay on smartphones. Chrome OS computers will also be compatible with the gadget. IPhone, iPad and non-pixel Android smartphones do not yet support the service.

Programmatically, on the first day of launch, Estadia lacks a number of features, including game achievements, family engagement, and advanced assistant integration. But Google plans to launch weekly updates to the service brings with it more advantages.

In June, Google opened the basic version of Stadia Founder’s Edition in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands. This includes the controller, the Chromecast Ultra and a 3-month subscription to Stadia Pro. Google sold this version at a price of $ 129 in October last month. After months of waiting .. The other Premiere Edition is still available for sale, including the remote, the transmitter, and Stadia Pro for the same price. Except for hardware, the user must subscribe to Estadia Pro for US $ 9.99 per month for 4K games.

In 2020, Google plans to make the basic version of the service (Stadia Base) Stadia Base free of charge for 1080p resolution only. But the user will have to buy the games they want to access, just like on any other platform. The service comes with 22 games. After months of waiting ..
