Huawei Mate X foldable phone coming this month with important changes

Huawei is approaching the launch of the Mate X foldable
Huawei announced its first foldable smartphone, the Mate X, in late February at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019, and has since been postponed twice.
The Chinese company, which has become the second largest smartphone maker in the world after Samsung, planned to launch the phone last May, but the trade war between China and the United States forced it to postpone it. The company's CEO, Richard Yu, promised that the device would go on sale in October 2019.

Now, Chinese media have reported that Huawei has already started mass production of the phone, and is urging the launch of the phone before the end of this month. According to the news section of Sina Technology, the production of folding screen is "very difficult", which is expected given the unique design of the phone.

There have been two major delays in the period since the launch: the first was to adjust the rigidity and durability of the folding screen, especially after the emergence of the screen problem in (Galaxy Fold) Galaxy Fold: the first foldable smartphone from the Korean company Samsung.

The other delay was to improve the user experience, in order to make it better with the folding screen, especially in terms of adapting applications to support this new type of screen.

It is believed that these delays from Huawei came in an effort to prevent problems, and the severe embarrassment suffered by Samsung in the phone (Galaxy Fold).

The price of the device - as announced by Huawei last February - is 2,250 $ USD. It is not known whether the company will maintain or lower this price. It also does not know whether it will make the phone stronger with the addition of the newer processor (Kirin 990) instead of (Kirin 980) which was initially announced.
