Facebook prevents the publication of links that lead to torrent download sites
If you've recently tried to share links to Facebook's torrent download sites, you may be unable to do so. The same thing happens in Messenger messenger, when you try to send a link, Facebook shows you a message that you can not.
TorrentFreak reported a few days ago that the social network blocked links to The Pirate Bay, and the group spans a large number of famous and unpopular Trent sites.
Sites such as RARBG, 1337x, Limetorrents, Torrentseek, Torrentz2, Torrents.io, The Pirate Bay and others have been blocked for "violating Facebook community rules."
Several years ago, Facebook blocked direct torrent links on TPB during the time the site faced legal problems, but long after the blockade was lifted and links could still be shared from Facebook and its apps.
Now Facebook seems to have vigorously resumed these measures and expanded them to include an extensive list of torrent sites. Now not only direct links to torrent files, but all URLs.
