1- Check the settings:

  • Make sure you are in range of the network because if you are too far from the router, you will not get a signal for your device.
  • Restart the router; most Wi-Fi problems can be solved by closing the router for 30 seconds and then restarting it again.
  • Try connecting to Wi-Fi using another device, such as a laptop or a friend's phone. If other devices can connect to the network, this means that the problem is probably related to your phone.
  • If your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network but the internet cannot be connected, it means that the problem is most likely related to the internet connection. In this case you will likely see a text below the name of the network you're connecting to saying "No internet connection".

2- Delete the Wi-Fi network and add it again:
  • Go to Setting on your phone
  • Tap Wi-Fi.
  • Click on the name of the network you are trying to connect to, then click the "Remove This Network" option. After doing this step, try to connect to the network again.

4- Restart the Wi-Fi Assistant:

The Wi-Fi Assistant feature automatically turns your device into phone data when the Wi-Fi connection is very weak, and in many cases restarting this feature helps solve the Wi-Fi connection problem.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Wi-Fi.
  • Tap the Wi-Fi Assistant option, then turn it off by pressing the toggle button, and then turning it back on again.

5- Searching for applications that cause problems:

The problem can be caused by an application that you installed on your phone in the recent period; if your phone is running the Android operating system you can verify this by operating the phone in Safe Mode, as no third-party applications installed on your device are running In this mode, only applications that came with your device are running.
  • Activate Safe Mode on your phone, by pressing and holding the Power button and then touching and holding the Power Off button on the screen when the prompt to restart to Safe Mode appears, press OK, you will see the phrase “Safe Mode” at the bottom of the screen .

  • Try to connect to Wi-Fi again; if the Wi-Fi connection is working, it is likely that a recently downloaded application is causing the problem.
  • To exit safe mode restart your phone.
  • Uninstall recent apps you download one by one, and each time try to connect to the network.
